Last-minute cancellations create significant organizational challenges and can lead to financial losses for us.
As much as we value a cooperative relationship with our guests, we also believe in clarity in case plans change:
- Cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival: free of charge
- Cancellation up to 3 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total amount
- Cancellation up to 2 weeks before arrival: 70% of the total amount
- Cancellation up to 1 week before arrival or no-show: 80% of the total amount
