Our nearly 80-year-old Waldhütte is something special. We've lovingly renovated it, making it both cozy and modern. The cabin has been awarded 3 Edelweiss by the Tyrolean Private Accommodation Association. We have used natural materials like wood, clay, glass, and wool to create a warm, inviting atmosphere. Whether you're here to relax or work, you'll find the right setting and plenty of inspiration.

• 2 Bedrooms: Each with a balcony and a wellness infrared chair

• Stone Pine Lounge: Cozy sitting area, armchair with sheepskin, wood-burning stove with bench seating, sleeper sofa

  in summer, there's also an outdoor shower with hot water

• Kitchen: Solid wood kitchen with bar table, electric stove with oven, fridge-freezer combo, dishwasher, raclette grill, kettle, dishes, cooking utensils, thermos flasks, Bialetti espresso maker, and a filter coffee pot

• Heating: Wood-burning stove, electric heaters, infrared panels

• Entertainment: CD radio, board games, books, magazines

• Fiber-optic Internet: Fast and stable – free Wi-Fi is available.
  But we recommend going offline from time to time to enjoy the surroundings.

Natural Mattresses:
We place great value on using natural materials, preferably sourced locally. Our mattresses are handmade by the Tyrolean specialist "Absamer Natur Betten" and are crafted from coconut latex.

Maximum occupancy of the self-catering cabin: 5 people.
Rental prices vary by season and number of guests.

• Single occupancy: 20% off the 4–5 person rate

• For all bookings of 7 nights or more: 5% discount

  Taking public transportation pays off in more ways than one: sustainability and climate protection are important to us. If you travel the majority of your journey by public transport, we’ll reward you with a 5% discount on your rental cost. On site, we’ll also gift you “Silberzehner” vouchers, redeemable like cash throughout the Silberregion Karwendel. Good for the planet — and for you!
  

Additional Costs:

• Initial supply of firewood included (each additional bundle: € 5)

• Electricity (based on consumption, green energy rate: €0.50/kWh, variable depending on energy prices)

• Final cleaning: € 65

• Winter parking fees (7-day ticket: approx. € 25, approx. € 5 per day)

• Gift cabinet in the hut (charged based on consumption)
